Our family business has been in the promotional industry for 16 years. The best part of our job is meeting new people and finding out about their businesses and interests.

Communication is key and whilst our ‘new normal’ ( now located in the Redlands shire, SE Queensland) is by phone or email, we love having visitors or visiting our clients by appointment. We can service Australia wide and have several customers further afield in PNG and Cook Islands.
Time management is even more important than ever before ,with freight companies inundated and demand on stock so high. Our best piece is advice is to allow enough time for projects to be completed for time specific events. It’s never too early to start the conversation for an upcoming event or new business start up. We always endeavour to get you off on the right foot for success.

simply fill in our contact us page and we will call you and introduce ourselves to talk you through the process
of selecting items and the right decoration for your industry, budget, quantity or timelines.
Small order? We will guide you to the right brands and decoration options
We can then quote a job and advise the next steps. Don’t delay
2. Need quote?
Simply fill in the contact us form with as much detail as you have.
If you know a style code – great. If not a brief description will help guide us.
If we have all the information we need, we can send through the quote or we may need a
few minutes to ask a few questions.
3. Happy with the Quote and keen to get the job underway
Once a quote has been sent and all details are correct, simply approve the quote with our one touch system
Any adjustments can be commented on as well.
We will forward the invoice for payment confirmation.
All new embroidery and printing jobs will be sampled or proofed for approval.
